Mondays and Fridays, 3:45 - 5:00: Fit Club BJJ Training (1496 Post Road, Fairfield)
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00 - 5:00: Staples High School
Sundays, 12:45 - 2:15: Staples Field House, Indoor skills and conditioning
No practice February break

Monthly Team Events, Boys team - tentative schedule below:
- January 24: Movie Day, Coach Joe’s Gym
- February 8: Dodgeball at Staples Field House (following practice)
- March 14: Six Nations match watch party, Coach Joe’s Gym
- April 14: Family Pasta Dinner
- May 10: Beach Rugby Day - Games and Food, Compo Beach

Practice:

Mondays and Tuesdays, 3:00 - 6:30pm: Weightlifting and Individual Skills
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 3:00 - 5:00pm: Field work
All practices are mandatory
Games:
Pre-season Tournament: Saturday March 28 and Sunday March 29 (specific schedule forthcoming)
First regular season game: Thursday, April 2, Greenwich High School.
Regular Season Games: April 2 - May 8. Season game schedules available here: Boys D1, Boys JV, Girls
Playoffs: May 15 - June 6
