Dear Rugby Coaches and U.S. Youth Rugby Leaders,

Leinster Rugby and Syracuse University are excited to announce the fourth Leinster Rugby School of Excellence camp at Syracuse University. The residential camp will take place from July 26 to July 31, 2026, and is open to boys and girls ages 12 to 18. Registration is now open – secure your spot here: Leinster Rugby School of Excellence

The School of Excellence camps have established a strong reputation for delivering high level player development in a professional training environment. Athletes from across the United States and Europe have participated in previous years, benefiting from an 8 to 1 camper to coach ratio and direct exposure to Leinster Rugby’s internationally recognized development model.

The residential camp at Syracuse University allows athletes to train in world class facilities while experiencing a structured program focused on skill development, game understanding, and position specific training. Campers also take part in educational and enrichment sessions designed to support long term athlete development and reinforce core rugby values.

Following the success of the residential School of Excellence, Leinster Rugby and Syracuse University will again offer non residential satellite camps in Maryland and Colorado during Summer 2026. These camps provide athletes with access to Leinster Rugby coaching and methodology in a regional setting.
